Staff Uniform
Our standard uniform options are either All Black (shirt, trousers, and tie) or Black & White (white shirt with black trousers and tie).
Booking Duration
We have a 3-hour minimum per booking. Also, we recommend factoring in extra time for our team to assist with setup and post-event clearing.
Staffing Guidelines
For the best service, we recommend one wait staff to 20 guest for dinner service, 1/30 for canapés service, 1/40 for standard drinks service.
