STAFFING HIRE

A booking fee (deposit) is required to secure our services for your event date. This fee covers the administrative costs of scheduling and guarantees the availability of our bartenders, mixologists, waiting staff, or flair bartenders. Your booking is only confirmed once this payment has been received.


Rescheduling & Date Changes

We understand that plans can change. You may transfer your deposit to a new date under the following conditions:

Notice Period. A minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) written notice prior to the original event date is required.
Availability. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our staff for the new requested date.
Rate Adjustments. If the new date falls in a different pricing tier (e.g., moving from a weekday to a weekend or a holiday), the current market rate for the new date will apply, and the balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note, if you cancel the booking, you will loose the payment.

DRINKS PACKAGES & MOBILE BARS


All bookings for our Drinks Packages require a deposit to secure your date. While deposits are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your booking, we do offer flexibility for our clients.

Rescheduling

You may move your booking to a new date (subject to availability) without losing your deposit, provided you give us at least 4 weeks' written notice before the original event date.

Notice Period

If notice is given less than 4 weeks before the event for our Drinks Packages, the deposit will be forfeited. Please note, a new deposit will be required for a future date. 

Validity

Rescheduled events must take place within the same calendar year as the original booking. Please note, the new date may be subject to a different rate (ie December dates).

Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
