Flexible Booking Terms

All bookings require a deposit to secure your date!

We understand that plans can change and therefore you can transfer your deposit to a new date. Please note, some T&C's apply:

Notice -  A minimum of 7 days written notice prior to the original event date is required.

Availability - While we will try our best to accommodate changes, rescheduling depends on our bartenders' availability.

Pricing - If the new date falls under a different pricing tier, the current rate for that date will apply.

F.A.Qs. about the Bartender Hire London service

Classic bartenders are priced at £125 for 3 hours plus £30 per every additional hour. Book a Cocktail Bartender from £160 per booking for 3 hours and £35 per every additional hour.
A deposit will be charged at booking stage, the balance due will be charged in full on the day of the event. We made hire a bartender easy.

We recommend a minimum of 3 - 4 weeks for small events and 3 months for wedding bars.

You may transfer your deposit to a new date under the following conditions: a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the original event date is required. Availability and Rate Adjustments. If the new date falls in a different pricing tier (e.g., moving from a weekday to a weekend or a holiday), the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
